Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a contract between you and MRC.
Quotations and Site Conditions

Client Responsibilities

Delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access, undisclosed information, unforeseen site conditions or circumstances outside MRC's reasonable control may affect the project timeframe and cost.
Project Timeframes
Any timeframe provided by MRC is an estimate unless a specific completion date has been agreed in writing.
Project timeframes may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, variations, access restrictions, third-party delays, engineering or certification requirements, and other circumstances outside MRC's reasonable control.
Materials and Workmanship
MRC will use materials and products appropriate to the agreed scope of work.
Variations in colour, texture, appearance, or finish may occur due to the nature of construction materials, existing surfaces, and site conditions.
Where a particular product or material is specified, MRC will make reasonable efforts to use the specified product, subject to availability.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where applicable, services supplied by MRC will be provided in accordance with the consumer guarantees required by law.
